Clarity:
Taking a Moment to Clarify Your Thoughts
Do you ever make time to just sit still
and reflect on your life? Wouldn't it be great to take a moment to just think... to think about where you are in life
and where you want to be... to think about what makes you happy... to think about who you love and why... to think about your
health... to think about your actions and their effects... wouldn't it be great to make time to just spiritually locate
yourself?
With the hustle and bustle of daily
life, it's easy to become a person of conditioned responses. We get into a routine and actually get stressed if taken
from that routine. The routine enables us to just flow through the motions without actually having clear thoughts. Think about
it, when in a routine aren't your thoughts kind of foggy? We have all had the experience of taking our routine drive home
and zoning out for the whole trip. We didn't have to concentrate on the ride home because it's a routine. When in
a routine, our thoughts are not as clear as they are when you actually concentrate on something.
When dealing with your life, it's important to
have clarity. Without clarity it's easy to fall into a rut, to feel disempowered and to get stressed. When coaching my
clients, I often begin with an establishment of clarity. By establishing clarity of thought, restlessness, insecurity, sense
of urgency, and stress cease to be a hindrance to your personal empowerment.
So take a moment for reflection. Don't tell yourself you don't have
the time - MAKE SOME!
Take a moment to just think... How
do you want to enhance your life?... In what way could you amplify your happiness?... In what way can you intensify your love
life?... In what way could you lead an abundantly happy life?
Let the days of living an insecure, cloudy and stressed life be behind you. Bring forth the happiness you deserve.
Allow yourself to sort through the needless worries and thoughts that cloud your mind. Clarify Your Thoughts! Let there be
no obstacles in your path!
You let the needless thoughts in and
you can sure kick them out!
Do it today!
Today is a new day.
